Today is a special day – I am happy and proud to announce that I have just earned my PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification. This journey was full of challenges, it cost me a lot of stress and nerves, but in the end I succeeded:) I am proud of myself and I am as happy as a child:)
The PSM I certificate, issued by Scrum.org, is not just a piece of paper for me. It is a confirmation of my knowledge and skills in Scrum – a project management methodology. Learning Scrum, reading the Scrum Guide several times, knowledge from post-graduate studies and a lot of Youtube material made me embrace the subject without problems. I don’t know yet if I’ll realize myself as a Scrum Master (I’ve always preferred programming), but with this certification I confirm that I’m a good manager and I can certainly find my way in any team.
I want to develop further and I am aware that I am only at the beginning of the road. There are still many certifications ahead of me:) PSM I is a great incentive for me to continue to improve and expand my horizons. It’s great to have succeeded.
After all, as they say, there is no better day than the one when you achieve another success!
